FOR BROW BOOKINGS :

DO NOT book an appointment if you are on Retinol, Accutane (acne medication), antibiotics, have had a recent chemical peel, facial, or any medication that is sensitive to the sun or face (AHA/BHAs) or have a sunburn on the face. Any questions regarding getting a service? DM me! Tweeze Only is recommended for those on acne medication or with sensitive skin.
Please come makeup free. If you would like you may come with your brows drawn on to your liking for me to see and I can remove it.
No extra guest in the studio

FOR LASH BOOKINGS :

Eyelash extension should be removed 3-5 days prior to appointment.
Do not use waterproof mascara/lash curler at least 3 days prior.
Do not wear eye makeup to appointment. It is recommended to wash hair prior to appointment, if necessary, as you can't wet lashes for 48 hours after treatment.
Avoid using any oils/creams on the lashes at least 3-5 days prior.

CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULING

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

LATE POLICY

CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULING

If you arrive more than 10-15minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and We cannot accommodate for late arrivals as it may overlap with following appointments that day.
$50 booking fee is required to book another appointment.

PAYMENT | GRATUITY

We accept cash, and all major credit cards, including American Express & Apple Pay. We do not accept paper checks at this time.

Gratuities are genuinely appreciated. A 15-20% gratuity is generally customary with professional services.

INFILLS

PAYMENT | GRATUITY

Infills are recommended every 2 - 3 weeks after a full set and require at least 50% of clients previous set to qualify. If the set is below 50% client will be charged a full set at the appointment. If you are unsure if you qualify for an infill feel free to send me photos of your lashes to advise accordingly.
