CANCELLATIONS | RESCHEDULING

We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee.
This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

LATE POLICY

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and We cannot accommodate for late arrivals as it may overlap with following appointments that day.
A new booking fee is required to book another appointment.

PAYMENT | GRATUITY

We accept cash, and all major credit cards, including American Express & Apple Pay. We do not accept paper checks at this time.

Gratuities are genuinely appreciated. A 15-20% gratuity is generally customary with professional services.

PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING

FOR BROWS BOOKING:

- Avoid using Retinol, Accutane (acne medication), antibiotic, have/had recent chemical peel, facial or any medication 1-2 week prior to your appointment. If your skin is sensitive only Threading or tweezing will be good option.

- Please come makeup free.

FOR LASH BOOKING :

- Do not use mascara or curl your lashes at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

- It is recto wash your hair/face prior to your appointment, if necessary, as you can’t wet lashes for 48 hours after treatment.

- Avoid using oil based makeup or cream on your lashes at least 3-5 days prior.
